Respect for Intellectual Property

K-Muse Style respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and will respond promptly to notices of alleged copyright infringement.

Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe that content on kmusestyle.com infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our designated agent with the following information:

1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
3. Identification of the material on our site that is allegedly infringing, with enough detail (URL) to locate it
4. Your contact information (name, address, phone number, email)
5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf

Our Response

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will:

• Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material promptly
• Notify the content provider (if applicable) of the takedown
• Document the notice for our records

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notification containing:

1. Your physical or electronic signature
2. Identification of the material that was removed and its prior location
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake
4. Your name, address, phone number, and consent to jurisdiction of your local federal court

Repeat Infringers

K-Muse Style will terminate access for users who are repeat infringers of copyright, in appropriate circumstances.

Fair Use

K-Muse Style uses third-party images and references for editorial commentary, criticism, and education purposes, which may constitute fair use under Section 107 of the Copyright Act. We always strive to provide proper attribution.
